Cancellation Policy

Accuracy of Service Information We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our services; however, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or timeliness of the information provided. Please understand that the information may change without notice. Additionally, there may be errors or delays in updates. We shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of this service, and neither ideal Connect nor Enzan Daikyujo will assume any liability. Provision of Services We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or terminate the service at any time without notice. In such cases, ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujyo will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the interruption or termination of the service. Limitation of Liability for Damages ideal Connect and Enzan Daikyujo shall not be held liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages) arising from the use of the service. In no event will we be liable for any claims for compensation. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This disclaimer is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where our head office is located. Liability in Case of Accidents If accidents or unforeseen circumstances occur during the use of the service, or in relation to the service, we will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, deaths, property losses, or other damages suffered by the user or third parties, regardless of the cause. This includes cases where ideal Connect is at fault, but is not limited to such cases. Users agree to use the service at their own risk and agree not to file any claims for damages against ideal Cpnnect or Enzan Daikyujo in the event of an accident. Reservation Changes and Cancellations If the customer wishes to change or cancel their reservation, we will handle it according to the cancellation policy set by our company. Changes and cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience time. Cancellation Fees If the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience time, a full refund will be provided. If canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled experience time, no refund will be issued. Changes within 24 hours of the scheduled experience time will not be accepted.
